The consultants at WorkStar offer a variety of important consulting products to our clients. WorkStar's focus is on meeting the needs of our clients, and we start first by listening carefully and independently confirming the client's observations. Then we tailor a process and a product which meets their needs. This pre-audit effort is the most important part of our consulting process.

The consulting products we offer fall into the following broad categories:

Visioning and Strategic Planning. Many organizations are proceeding through significant changes in their internal and external environments. Strategic plans are designed to capture information about these changes and to create a method for adapting the organization to the "brave new world." WorkStar's strategic planning services include working with all appropriate stakeholders to develop an organizational vision, mission and values statement, and then creating a dynamic and achievable strategic plan to help you reach your potential.

Executive Search. Organizations who are planning to recruit and hire a new executive often turn to an executive search consultant to assist in the process. The consultant can bring objectivity to the process, and with a broad understanding of the recruiting process, can assist the client in finding the best and brightest applicants.

Performance Measurement. Many organizations have a desire to create and implement performance measurement systems. WorkStar can work with your organization to develop measurement systems that are meaningful, easy to use, and readable for clients, stockholders, and employees.

Organizational Studies. Every organization needs an occasion "third-party" objective look at its performance. Are we responsive to our customers? Do we promote a professional image among other similar organizations? Are we at risk for lawsuit based on record keeping, risk management or personnel issues such as sexual harassment or ADA? An organizational effectiveness audit will explore these issues based on survey research, benchmarking, and discussions with the varied stakeholders playing a role in the organization's success.

Group Facilitation. If your organization is experiencing challenges within a work group, or simply needs focus at the board or management team level, then a facilitation experience may be just the key to overcoming the challenge. In a retreat setting or simply in a process to learn better group skills, facilitation can be an effective tool.
