The Utah Department of Community and Culture retained WorkStar to conduct a two-day strategic planning retreat after the department was restructured with the election of a new governor. WorkStar CEO Wayne Parker conducted stakeholder surveys and worked with the executive team of the department to adopt a new mission and vision statement, define goals and objectives, and develop performance measures.
	The City of Ogden, Utah has used WorkStar principals for a variety of projects including management training, development of a business licensing strategy, and content development of the city's award winning website.
	WorkStar consultants have also provided training services to the Davis Area Chamber of Commerce in Kaysville, Utah. One of the seminars focused on Monkey Management, was attended by Chamber members representing business, government and the non profit sector.
	In a like manner, Wayne Parker, WorkStar's CEO, has offered training seminars for members of the Ogden Weber Chamber of Commerce located in Ogden, Utah.
	The United States Marine Corps Materiel Command in Albany, Georgia has been a client of WorkStar CEO Wayne Parker in developing and providing management training for its executives.
